Payment methods & Cancellation Policy

Registration fee can be paid via PayPal in two ways: using a PayPal account, or directly with credit/debit card Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Carta Aura, or Discover. If you must pay via bank transfer or you have any questions concerning the payment methods please contact us at to receive further instructions.

The registration is binding if not cancelled as according to the cancellation policy. A 70% refund is available for cancellations received before the 17th of April, and a 50% refund is available for cancellations received until the 2nd of May. From 3rd of May on, no refunds are available. Replacement of one person by another, from the same organisation, with the same status, is permitted up to two weeks before the conference. Please contact if a replacement is needed.
