Submissions for ServDes 2014 is now closed

ServDes 2014 submission is now closed. We have more than 90 papers from authors of many nationalities spanning Asia, America, Europe and Scandinavia. We also have 13 workshops. Our 50+ reviewers will now be considering them so that a final selection can be made for an exciting conference programme.

Paper submission deadline extension

The deadline for submission of papers has been extended until Friday 15th November

Conference Operations Manager

Pam Hearne has joined the ServDes 2014 team as the Conference Operations Manager. Based at Lancaster University she will be working on Tuesdays and Thursdays and can be contacted via the info@servdes.org e-mail.

ServDes committee

ServDes has renewed its conference committee considering its international scope. Some members left and some were added to become more representative of the growing global service design research community. We welcome Jeanette Blomberg (IBM, USA), Yong Se Kim (Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea) and Lia Patricio (University of Porto, Portugal).

New ServDes website

The ServDes website has been re-designed to make it simpler and more accessible. We want information from previous conferences to be adequately archived and to have a fresh new look for each conference edition! Keep an eye on it as more news will come soon!
